The fight with the Queen Lana’thel starts with the Blood Mirror debuff, after a few seconds after which one of the group members will be hung up with the Essence of the Blood Queen debuff, which gives a good damage bonus for 1 minute. If you don’t manage to do this, you will receive the Uncontrollable Frenzy debuff and go over to the side of the Queen Lana’thel. The goal of the quest is to get 3 stacks of Gushing Wound after being bitten. After you see the Thirst Quenched buff, defeat Queen Lana’thel and quest completed.
